  • Managed a 55-person studio, delivering facial animation and for some projects GP animations for AAA projects.

  • Scaled animation & technical teams from 8 → 24 across two locations.

  • Directed mocap cinematics & gameplay, optimizing real-time workflows.

  • Delivered projects 25% faster via pre-production improvements.

Quantum Break (Asobo Studio / Microsoft / Remedy)

After working on Fragments for Microsoft, I was asked by Microsoft to help them with the production of Quantum Break.

  • Helped direct animation.

  • Helped managed VFX, UI / UX, sound and production.

  • Managed VO/mocap shoots in Burbank and oversaw outsourcing contracts.

  • Coordinated cross-site production between Microsoft (US & UK), Asobo (France) and Remedy (Finland).
