Directed animation and worked on R&D for both FPS & TPS storytelling moments, including procedural hostage scenarios, rappelling, avoidance and divers systems building. (The video showcases some of the results of the work accomplished).
Rebuilt the animation department, establishing mocap facilities and scalable workflows.
Collaborated with engineers to develop customizable weapons & recoil systems.

Directed cinematic and gameplay animation strategy in coordination with Hasbro.
Conducted R&D on transformation mechanics, balancing robotic style with human expressiveness.
Defined transformation rigs and locomotion systems across multiple bot variants.
Worked on the pipelines from character concept to animation while reducing the character modeling time.

Directed and work on cinematic moments and gameplay animations.
Work on animated systems such as Blueprints and blend trees in Unity for all gameplay animations.
